Kevin and Tamara Roznos founded Elite Pools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before relocating to Waco in 2003 to be closer to family.  They work as a team handling all aspects of the business together.  

Kevin completed an Industrial Maintenance certificate through TSTC in Waco. He is hands-on, from the initial consultation to project completion. Kevin also offers swimming pool service after the build. With 25+ years in the swimming pool building and service industry, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He is proud to create a reliable, long-lasting product as well as a pool that will be easy to maintain in the future. He also understands the importance of being available to his customers after the build to ensure they are comfortable with all aspects of their new pool.  

Tamara obtained a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a master’s degree in Mid-Management from Tarleton State University. After 25 years in leadership positions in Texas public schools, and most recently as an academic advisor at Baylor University, Tamara now works full-time with Kevin.  Tamara handles all areas of business management and the aesthetic portions of the design phase. She has a knack for design and décor and loves helping customers create the perfect, visibly appealing backyard oasis.   

Tamara and Kevin have been married for 26 years and have three grown sons. They enjoy spending time with their family and all things outdoors!
